4. Padahastasana (Hand Under Foot Pose)

  • Stand straight and while inhaling, move your hands towards your front.

  • Maintain this position for some time.

5. Boat Pose (Naukasana)

  • Lie down on the floor on your back.
  • Keep both your hands beside you.

  • Stay in this position as long as possible. Try to reach 5 minutes and over time take it to 20 minutes.
